A severally mentally ill teenage boy is plagued by horrid dreams in the night and is treated as an outcast during the day. He quietly stalks students at his high school and begins an obsession with a young girl. When his nightmares begin to feel more real, the lines of reality and fiction are blurred, making the world a much more terrifying place for the boy.
