Daily, is an American voice actress, actress, singer, songwriter, and musician. She voices Tommy Pickles in Rugrats and its spinoff All Grown Up!, Buttercup in The Powerpuff Girls, Steve from Curious George and Waffle from Catscratch in the second season.
