From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Tony Marshall (born 14 May 1974) is a British television actor. He is probably best known for his appearance in the BBC drama series Life on Mars and the final episode of its spinoff Ashes to Ashes as the bartender and confidant, Nelson and Rodney's friend Chris in Only Fools and Horses. Previously, he played Diesel in all three series of Preston Front. He is currently starring in Casualty as receptionist, Noel Garcia.
